The present invention relates to a push-pull door lock including an in-body module and an out-body module installed respectively inside and outside a door. Each of the in-body module and the out-body module includes: a door lock body; a mortise shaft rotatably inserted into a mortise hole formed in the door lock body; a movable frame mounted on the door lock body and linked with the mortise shaft to convert the vertical movement of the door lock body into the rotational movement of the mortise shaft; an operating lever which is coupled to a lever shaft fixed to the door lock body, can rotate in front and back directions, and interlocks with the movable frame to apply a force in a vertical direction to the movable frame through rotation in the front and back directions; and an elastic restoration mechanism which applies a restoring force to the movable frame and the operating lever. The push-pull door lock of the present invention can secure a sufficient stroke of a deadbolt without increasing the rotation angle of the operating lever.
