The present invention relates to an eco-friendly rock crushing method using a vibrating rotary ripper. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly rock crushing method using a vibrating rotary ripper comprises: a crushing rotor vibration step in which a crushing rotor body rotatably supported on a housing body of the vibrating rotary ripper and having a plurality of bits installed on the outer peripheral surface is vibrated to provide an exciting force for crushing the rock in the rotation direction of the crushing rotor body; and an arm crushing step in which the bits of the crushing rotor body rotating while vibrating in the rotation direction by the crushing rotating body vibration step are pressed against the rock to be crushed.
본 발명에 따른 진동 회전 리퍼를 이용한 친환경 암파쇄공법은 진동회전리퍼의 하우징본체에 회전가능하게 지지되며 외주면에 복수개의 비트가 설치된 파쇄회전체를 파쇄회전체의 회전방향으로 암의 파쇄를 위한 가진력을 줄 수 있도록 진동시키는 파소회전체진동단계와, 상기 파쇄회전체진동단계에 의해 회전방향으로 진동하면서 회전하는 파쇄회전체의 비트를 파쇄를 위한 암에 가압하여 파쇄하는 암파쇄단계를 포함한다.
