The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle hinge driving device which has a compact structure, so that it can minimize loss of vehicle mounting space, and can be easily applied to various door systems. The disclosed vehicle hinge driving device may comprise: an actuator; a housing connected to the actuator; an output shaft aligned with the axis of the housing; an electric mechanism which transmits torque from the actuator to the output shaft; and a brake unit mounted on the electric mechanism.
