METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING EMBANKMENT STRUCTURE OF RAILWAY CONCRETE TRACK
Provided in the present invention is a method for constructing the filled-up ground of a railway concrete track, wherein, in order to construct the filled-up ground of the lower road bed and the upper road bed of the railroad concrete track, first and second liquid stabilizers may be sequentially installed to be solidified, thereby preventing the extended settlement of the embankment from excavation on site excessively containing granular powder. Furthermore, the embankment from excavation on site with the granular powder content being 25% or more may be stabilized for filling up the ground as a road bed at the upper and lower portions of a concrete track. Liquid stabilizing materials with low viscosity and high water permeability may be used to be sprayed on site to be easily mixed with soil. Furthermore, after being restricted by the first compacting of subbase course material particles, carbonate ion may be supplied to facilitate generation of calcium carbonate, to control such that an excessive amount of carbonate ion may not be supplied. Therefore, the cohesion of clay minerals within the embankment from excavation on site and the solidification performed as calcium carbonate crystals are settled among soil particles may be simultaneously performed.
철도 콘크리트 궤도의 하부노반과 상부노반의 성토체 시공을 위해 제1 및 제2 액상형 안정처리제를 순차적으로 포설하여 고결시킴으로써 세립분을 과다 함유한 현장 유용토의 장기 침하를 방지할 수 있으며, 또한, 세립분 함량이 25% 이상인 현장 유용토를 안정처리함으로써 콘크리트 궤도의 상하부 노반으로 성토하는 방법으로서, 점도가 낮고 투수성이 높은 액상의 안정처리재료를 이용하여 현장에서 살포를 통해 토사와 쉽게 혼합할 수 있고, 또한, 노반재료 입자들의 1차다짐에 의해 구속된 이후 탄산이온을 공급하여 탄산칼슘의 생성을 촉진하되, 과량의 탄산이온이 공급되지 않도록 조절됨에 따라 현장 유용토 내의 점토광물의 응집과 탄산칼슘 결정이 토양입자간에 침전되면서 발생하는 고화가 동시에 발휘되는, 철도 콘크리트 궤도용 성토체 시공 방법이 제공된다.
