The present invention relates to a method for recycling ceramic industry waste to use the same as a new ceramic material, and using the same to create a new ceramic material, and a ceramic product manufactured thereby. A material development process of the present invention includes supply and demand of soil sludge, removal of impurities, ensuring the plasticity stability of clay, calcination at a temperature of around 950 degrees to create chamotte, production of sludge recycling slip, pulverization of soil sludge, and selection of particle size.
