A Eco-Friendly Multi-functional Building Finishing Decorative Material With Anti-Sliding Waterproofing Film And A Building Finishing Decorative Material Forming Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a multi-functional finishing material for an eco-friendly building capable of providing a building having a natural scent without dew condensation and dust, wherein the multi-functional finishing material comprises: a waterproof film formed on a rooftop, an outer wall, or a ceiling of the building and including a primer agent and a first urethane layer; and an anti-slip film formed on the waterproof film and including a second urethane layer having embossing molding; 2-5 wt% of pine rosin powder, which is obtained by drying and pulverizing natural pine rosin collected from a pine tree, 55-68 wt% of calcined rock powder, which is obtained by pulverizing and pulverizing a porous structure through heating and sintering at a high temperature of 1000℃ to 1200℃; and 30-40 wt% of pumice powder, which is obtained by pulverizing pumice generated by volcanic activity, wherein 2-5 wt% of the pine rosin powder, 55-68 wt% of the calcined rock powder, and 30-40 wt% of the pumice are uniformed mixed with water at a mass ratio of 1:1 to spray the mixture using a spray-gun onto the anti-flowing film, thereby molding and drying a first finishing layer that is primarily coated at a first thickness, molding and drying a second finishing layer that is secondarily coated at a second thickness on the first finishing layer, and forming a third finishing layer that is thirdly coated at a third thickness on the second finishing layer.
본 발명은 건물 옥상, 외벽 또는 천장 상에 프라이머제 및 제1우레탄층으로 형성된 방수막; 방수막 상에 엠보싱 성형을 한 제2 우레탄층으로 형성된 흘러내림 방지막; 소나무에서 채취된 천연송진을 건조 분말화한 송진분말 2~5 중량%; 1000℃~1200℃ 고온에서 가열 소성하여 다공질 구조를 만들고 분쇄하여 분말화한 소성화성암분말 55~68중량%; 화산활동으로 생성된 부석을 분쇄하여 분말화한 부석분말 30~40중량%; 상기의 송진분말 2~5 중량%, 소성화성암분말 55~68중량%, 부석분말 30~40중량% 골고루 혼합 후 물과 질량비 1:1로 혼합하여 스프레이건(spray-gun)으로 상기 흘러내림방지막에 분사하여 제1 두께로 제1 코팅한 제1마감층을 성형하여 건조하고, 제1마감층 상에 제2 두께로 제2 코팅하여 제2마감층을 성형하고 건조하고, 제2 마감층 상에 제3 두께로 제3 코팅하여 제3마감층으로 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 다기능 건물 마감재에 관한 것이다.
