The polishing method of color terrazzo
Disclosed is a colored terrazzo polishing method by which even after a long period of time, defects such as lifting, peeling, pinholes, and cracks do not occur, surface contamination does not occur, chemical resistance, durability, and functionality are significantly improved, and a floor surface with a beautiful appearance may be realized. Therefore, a colored terrazzo polishing method of the present invention comprises: a primer application step (S20) in which a primer is applied on a floor surface to be constructed to form a primer layer after a pre-processing step (S10); a colored terrazzo layer formation step (S30) in which colored terrazzo is laid on the primer layer, plastered, and then cured for a predetermined time to form a colored terrazzo layer after the primer application step (S20); a first polishing step (S40) in which a polishing operation is performed on the surface of the colored terrazzo layer after the colored terrazzo layer formation step (S30); an intermediate agent application step (S50) in which an intermediate agent is applied on the colored terrazzo layer and then cured for a predetermined time to form an intermediate layer after the first polishing step (S40); a second polishing step (S60) in which a polishing operation is performed on the surface of the intermediate layer after the intermediate agent application step (S50); and a sealer application step (S70) in which a sealer is applied on the intermediate layer to form a coating layer after the second polishing step (S60).
본 발명은 장시간 경과하여도 들뜸이나 박리, 핀홀, 크랙 등의 결함이 발생되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 표면 오염이 일어나지 않고 내화학성, 내구성, 및 기능성이 매우 향상되고 외관도 수려한 시공 바닥면을 구현할 수 있는 칼라 테라조 폴리싱 공법을 개시한다. 이에, 본 발명의 칼라 테라조 폴리싱 공법은 상기 전처리 단계(S10) 후 시공 대상 바닥면 상에 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 프라이머 도포 단계(S20)와; 상기 프라이머 도포 단계(S0) 후 상기 프라이머층 상에 칼라 테라조를 포설하고 미장한 다음 소정 시간 동안 양생하여 칼라테라조층을 형성하는 칼라테라조층 형성 단계(S30)와; 상기 칼라테라조층 형성 단계(S30) 후 상기 칼라테라조층 표면에 대해 폴리싱 작업을 수행하는 제1폴리싱 단계(S40)와; 상기 제1폴리싱 단계(S40) 후 상기 칼라테라조층 상에 중도제를 도포한 다음 소정 시간 동안 양생하여 중도층을 형성하는 중도제 도포 단계(S50)와; 상기 중도제 도포 단계(S50) 후 상기 중도층 표면에 대해 폴리싱 작업을 수행하는 제2폴리싱 단계(S60)와; 상기 제2폴리싱 단계(S60) 후 상기 중도층 상에 씰러를 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하는 씰러 도포 단계(S70)를 포함한다.
