The present invention provides a display railing device which provides aesthetics by installing a display on a railing and prevents a fall accident by making the boundary of the railing clear through the display, and an eco-friendly soundproofing device which collects and filters fine dust and heavy metals generated from vehicles. The display railing device comprises a ground fixing frame, an upper frame, an upper opening and closing panel, an inner pillar frame, a panel fixing frame, a railing glass panel, and a display panel.
본 발명은 난간에 디스플레이를 설치하여 심미감을 제공하며, 디스플레이를 통해 난간의 경계를 명확하도록 하여 추락사고를 미연에 방지하도록 하는 디스플레이 난간장치와, 차량에서 발생되는 미세먼지와 중금속을 포집하여 걸러내도록 하는 친환경방음장치를 제공하는 디스플레이 난간장치 및 친환경방음장치에 대한 것이다.
