An armrest locking device of a vehicle is disclosed. In accordance with the present embodiment, the armrest locking device of a vehicle, which includes a body part having a housing space therein and a cover part opening and closing the housing space, includes: an engaged protrusion provided on the cover part; an engaged hook provided to be engaged with the engaged protrusion; a locking unit provided in the body part, while moving the engaged hook forward and backward such that the engaged hook can be coupled to and spaced apart from the engaged protrusion; and an elastic unit elastically supporting at least one of the engaged hook and the locking unit, wherein the locking unit includes a button member having one side protruding outward to be controlled by a passenger, and a link member having one end connected to the other side of the button member, having the other end connected to the engaged hook, and having a middle part supported to be rotatable on the body part by a first hinge shaft. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving convenience for passengers by securing an armrest housing space.
