Earth retaining wall without wale and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a wale-less retaining wall capable of omitting a wale and a bracket by anchoring an anchor body directly on an H-pile during retaining wall construction using an earth-anchor construction technique, facilitating the removal of the anchor body even when a back-trowelled underground wall is above an earth anchor by avoiding a bracket or an anchorage unit for the anchorage of the anchorage body from protruding to the front side of a retaining wall, and having economic feasibility by preventing an unnecessary concrete filling amount on the outside of the underground wall when performing single-face construction without the removal of the anchor body, and a construction method thereof. In accordance with the present invention, the wale-less retaining wall includes: multiple lines of H-piles embedded in the ground, comprising a pair of unit piles spaced laterally apart from each other; a retaining wall member provided between adjacent H-piles; an anchorage pipe provided in front between the unit piles of the H-piles, and having an anchorage plate formed on an inner circumference surface at the rear end; an anchor body inserted into the ground behind positions of the H-piles, and having one end withdrawn into the anchorage pipe between the unit piles; and an anchorage unit provided in front of the anchorage plate in the anchorage pipe to anchor one end of the anchor body.
본 발명은 어스 앵커 공법에 의한 흙막이 시공 시 앵커체를 엄지 말뚝에 직접 정착하여 띠장 및 브래킷을 생략할 수 있고, 앵커체 정착을 위한 브래킷이나 정착구가 흙막이 전면으로 돌출되지 않아 맞벽 시공되는 지하 벽체가 어스 앵커보다 높은 경우에도 앵커체 제거가 용이하고, 앵커체 제거 없이 합벽 시공되는 경우 지하 벽체 외측에 불필요한 콘크리트 메움량이 없어 경제적인 무띠장 흙막이 및 이의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 무띠장 흙막이는 좌우로 상호 이격된 한 쌍의 유닛 말뚝으로 구성되어 지반에 근입되는 복수 열의 엄지 말뚝; 이웃하는 엄지 말뚝 사이에 구비되는 흙막이 부재; 상기 엄지 말뚝의 유닛 말뚝 사이 전방 측에 구비되는 것으로, 후단 측 내주면에 정착판이 형성된 정착관; 상기 엄지 말뚝 위치의 배면 지반에 삽입되는 것으로, 일단이 유닛 말뚝 사이에서 상기 정착관의 내부로 인출되는 앵커체; 및 상기 정착관 내부의 정착판 전방에 구비되어 상기 앵커체의 일단이 정착되는 정착구; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
