Automatic fastening device of hinge case cover for floor hinge
The present invention relates to an automatic fastening device of upper and lower covers which are coupled to the upper surface of a hinge case for a floor hinge, wherein the supply of upper and lower covers which are assembled to the upper surface of a hinge case and a process of fixedly screw-fastening the supplied upper and lower covers may be performed by means of the automatic fastening device, thereby improving productivity, and reducing labor costs and failure rates. To this end, the present invention relates to the automatic fastening device of a cover, which comprises: a product transfer unit located on the front surface and a hinge case supply unit; an upper cover supply unit, an upper cover fastening unit, a lower cover supply unit and a lower cover fastening unit which are sequentially constructed at the rear side of the product transfer unit; and a product discharge unit which is constructed at the side rear side. A hinge body is coupled to a hinge case supplied from the hinge case supply unit. The hinge case is sequentially moved towards the product discharge unit by means of a product transfer unit. Therefore, an upper cover may be supplied on the hinge case before being screw-fastened, and the lower cover is supplied again to be screw-fastened, such that the upper and lower covers may be automatically fastened on the hinge case, thereby completing the assembly of the floor hinge. The floor hinge, which is completely assembled, may be discharged and loaded by means of the product discharge unit.
본 발명은 플로어힌지용 힌지케이스 상면에 결합되는 상하부커버의 자동체결장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 힌지케이스 상면에 조립되는 상하부커버의 공급과, 공급된 상하부커버를 나사로 체결고정하는 과정이 자동체결장치를 통하여 이루어질 수 있게 함으로서, 생산성 향상과 인건비 절감 및 불량률을 줄일 수 있게 한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 본 발명은 커버자동체결장치를 구성하되, 전면에 위치한 제품이송부와, 힌지케이스공급부와, 제품이송부 뒷쪽에 순차적으로 구성된 상부커버공급부와, 상부커버체결부와, 하부커버공급부와, 하부커버체결부와, 측후방에 구성된 제품배출부로 구성함으로서, 힌지케이스공급부에서 공급된 힌지케이스에 힌지몸체를 결합하고, 상기 힌지케이스는 제품이송부에 의해 제품배출부쪽으로 순차적으로 이동하면서, 힌지케이스 상에 상부커버를 공급한 다음 나사로 체결하고 다시 하부커버를 공급한 다음 나사로 체결하여 힌지케이스 상에 상하부커버가 자동체결되게 함으로서 플로어힌지의 조립이 완료되게 하고, 조립완료된 플로어힌지는 제품배출부를 통하여 배출, 적재되게 한다.
