The present invention relates to a loop-type artificial turf structure with a dual structure. More specifically, the loop-type artificial turf structure with a dual structure comprises: a fabric; a long-pile part consisting of one or more long-pile threads of which one end is turfed on the fabric to have a grass shape; and a short-pile part consisting of one or more short-pile threads of which both ends are turfed on the fabric to have a loop shape. The height of the short-pile threads from the fabric formed by a loop shape of the short-pile threads is lower than the height of the long-pile threads when the short-pile threads are turfed on the fabric to have the loop shape. According to the present invention, the long-pile threads provided to be turfed on the fabric have a grass shape, and the short-pile threads provided to be turfed on the fabric have a loop shape to allow the short-pile threads to easily absorb and alleviate an impact and a load transferred through the long-pile threads.
본 발명은 이중 구조를 갖는 루프형 인조잔디 구조체에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 기포지; 일단이 상기 기포지에 터프팅되어 잔디 형상을 이루는 하나 또는 복수의 장파일사로 이루어지는 장파일부; 및 양단이 상기 기포지에 터프팅되어 루프 형상을 이루는 하나 또는 복수의 단파일사로 이루어지는 단파일부가 포함되되, 상기 단파일사는 상기 기포지에 터프팅되어 루프 형상을 이룰 시, 상기 단파일사의 루프 형상이 이루는 기포지로부터의 높이가 상기 장파일사보다 낮은 높이로 형성되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 기포지에 터프팅되도록 구성되는 장파일사가 잔디 형상을 이루고, 기포지에 터프팅되도록 구성되는 단파일사가 루프 형상을 이루도록 구성됨으로써, 장파일사를 통해 전달되는 충격 및 하중을 단파일사가 용이하게 흡수하여 완화시키도록 구성되는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a loop-type artificial turf structure with a dual structure.
