WAFFLE FORM SYSTEM CAPABLE OF REMOVING WITH SUPPORTING
The present invention relates to a waffle form system capable of retaining and early-removing a support. The waffle form system includes: a waffle form forming a waffle slab as a slab mold, in which a slab rebar is arranged and slab concrete is placed, in an upper part; a support frame installed at the lower end of the waffle form to support the waffle form; a plurality of supports installed on the floor, and supporting the mold in the upper part; an extension support having one side inserted and fixed to the upper end of the supports and having the other side supporting the slab in contact with the endpiece; and a lifting support inserted through the extension support and coupled to be liftable, and coupled with a support frame supporting the slab mold to support the support frame, wherein as a corner part of a wing part coming in contact with an upper surface of the support frame is chamfered, and a corner part of the support frame is chamfered, an air gap is formed between an adjacent waffle form and the support frame, and an endpiece is provided to fill an air gap between a plurality of adjacent waffle forms or an air gap between a plurality of adjacent support frames, and, the mold is allowed to be removed in a state in which the support (floor post) is retained. Therefore, the waffle form system is capable of securing the stability of a structure while improving efficiency in the use of the mold.
본 발명은 서포트 존치 및 조기탈형이 가능한 와플폼 시스템으로서, 상부에 슬래브 철근이 배근되고 슬래브 콘크리트가 타설되는 슬래브 거푸집으로서 와플슬래브를 형성하는 와플 폼과, 상기 와플폼의 하단에 설치되어 상기 와플폼을 지지하는 지지프레임과, 바닥에 세워 설치되며 상부의 거푸집을 지지하는 복수의 서포트와, 일측이 상기 서포트의 상단에 삽입고정되고 타측이 상기 엔드피스에 맞닿아 슬래브를 지지하는 연장서포트와, 상기 연장서포트에 삽입 관통되어 승강가능하게 체결되며 상기 슬래브 거푸집을 지지하는 지지프레임이 체결되어 지지하는 승강서포트를 구비하고, 상기 와플폼은 상기 지지프레임의 상부면에 맞닿는 날개부의 모서리 부분이 모따기 형성되고, 상기 지지프레임의 모서리 부분이 모따기 형성되어, 인접한 와플폼과 지지프레임 사이에 공극이 형성되고, 인접하는 복수의 상기 와플폼 사이의 공극 또는 인접하는 복수의 지지프레임 사이의 공극을 매우는 엔드피스를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 서포트(동바리)는 존치시킨 상태에서 거푸집은 탈형이 가능하도록 구성하여, 구조물의 안정성을 확보하면서 거푸집의 사용효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a waffle form system capable of retaining and early-removing a support. The waffle form system includes: a waffle form forming a waffle slab as a slab mold, in which a slab rebar is arranged and slab concrete is placed, in an upper part; a support frame installed at the lower end of the waffle form to support the waffle form; a plurality of supports installed on the floor, and supporting the mold in the upper part; an extension support having one side inserted and fixed to the upper end of the supports and having the other side supporting the slab in contact with the endpiece; and a lifting support inserted through the extension support and coupled to be liftable, and coupled with a support frame supporting the slab mold to support the support frame, wherein as a corner part of a wing part coming in contact with an upper surface of the support frame is chamfered, and a corner part of the support frame is chamfered, an air gap is formed between an adjacent waffle form and the support frame, and an endpiece is provided to fill an air gap between a plurality of adjacent waffle forms or an air gap between a plurality of adjacent support frames, and, the mold is allowed to be removed in a state in which the support (floor post) is retained. Therefore, the waffle form system is capable of securing the stability of a structure while improving efficiency in the use of the mold.
