System and method that converts waste oyster shells into raw materials in low temperature
Disclosed are a system for converting waste oyster shells into raw materials at low temperature and a method thereof. The system for converting waste oyster shells into raw materials according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a drying unit drying waste oyster shells; a moisture supply device supplying the predetermined amount of moisture to the waste oyster shells dried by the drying machine; a heating unit including at least one furnace for performing a heating process, wherein the waste oyster shells supplied with moisture are introduced thereto; and at least one liquid tank where exhaust gas discharged when the inside of the furnace reaches predetermined pressure is introduced and when the introduced exhaust gas passes through a certain liquid, foreign substances are deposited, wherein the heating unit performs the heating process at the temperature of 150 to 350 ℃. Accordingly, the low temperature is used to recycle waste oyster shells, thereby saving energy consumption.
폐굴껍데기 원료화 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 폐굴껍데기 원료화 시스템은 폐굴껍데기를 건조하기 위한 건조부, 건조기에 의해 건조된 폐굴껍데기에 소정의 수분을 공급하기 위한 수분공급장치, 수분이 공급된 폐굴껍데기가 투입되며 가열과정을 진행하기 위한 적어도 하나의 가열로를 포함하는 가열부, 상기 가열로의 내부가 일정 압력이 되면 배출되는 배출가스가 유입되며, 유입된 배출가스가 소정의 액체를 통과하면서 이물질이 침적되도록 형성되는 적어도 하나의 액체탱크를 포함하며, 상기 가열부는 150도에서 350도 사이로 가열과정을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
