Recycled Graphite extrusion-molded bodies and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention provides a recycled graphite extruded body and a manufacturing method thereof, which can manufacture bulk graphite in large quantities by reusing graphite waste generated in a graphite manufacturing process, thereby significantly improving productivity and economic efficiency, and at the same time, can manufacture anisotropic bulk graphite with uniform physical properties, thereby greatly improving the usability. The manufacturing method of the recycled graphite extruded body comprises the steps of: (1) mixing graphite waste scrap powder with a binder and additives to prepare a graphite mixture; (2) manufacturing an extruded body by extruding the graphite mixture; (3) drying and carbonizing the extruded body; and (4) filling the pores of the carbonized extruded body.
본 발명은 흑연 제조 공정에서 발생하는 흑연 폐스크랩을 다시 활용하여 벌크흑연을 대량으로 제조할 수 있어서 생산성 및 경제성이 현격히 향상되고 이와 동시에, 균일한 물성을 가지는 이방성(Anisotropy) 벌크 흑연을 제조할 수 있어서 그 활용도를 크게 제고시킨 재활용된 흑연 압출 성형체 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
