Deck coupling structure with improved installation convenience
The present invention relates to a deck coupling structure with improved installation convenience and, more specifically, to technology capable of enabling convenient deck installation with simple piece coupling through an improvement in a coupling structure of a deck slab and a leg supporting the slab, and keeping the deck coupled in spite of an external shock through the substantial coupling structure. In accordance with the present invention, the deck coupling structure comprises: a deck member; and a leg structure installed in a lower part of the deck member to support the deck member apart from the ground, wherein the deck member comprises a slab part formed in a flat shape, a pillar part formed in a lower part of the slab part to be protruding downward in a vertical direction to have a plurality of insertion spaces in a width direction, and a support protrusion formed in a lower part of the pillar part to be protruding more to the inside of the insertion spaces, and the leg structure comprises a body part formed in an enclosed shape to form the exterior, and a plurality of coupling protrusions formed in an upper part of the body part to be protruding at intervals to be inserted into the insertion spaces, respectively. Therefore, the coupling protrusions of the leg structure are coupled in a form in which both sides are supported by the support protrusion in the insertion spaces.
본 발명은 설치편의성이 향상된 데크 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 데크의 상판과 그 상판을 지지하는 하지의 결합구조를 개선하여 간단한 피스 결합만으로 간편하게 데크 설치가 가능하고, 견고한 결합구조를 통해 외부충격에도 결합상태를 유지할 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 데크부재와 상기 데크부재의 하부에 설치되어 데크부재가 지면으로 부터 이격되도록 지지하는 하지구조물;로 이루어지는 데크 결합구조에 있어서, 상기 데크부재는; 평판상으로 이루어지는 상판부와, 상기 상판부의 하부에 폭 방향으로 복수의 끼움공간을 갖도록 하부 수직방향으로 돌출형성되는 기둥부와, 상기 기둥부의 하부에는 끼움공간 내측으로 더 돌출되도록 형성되는 지지턱;으로 구성되고, 상기 하지구조물은; 함체형상으로 이루어져 외형을 이루는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부의 상부에는 끼움공간에 각각 끼워질 수 있도록 한 간격으로 돌출 형성되는 복수의 결합돌기;로 구성되어, 상기 하지구조물의 결합돌기가 끼움공간 내에서 지지턱에 양측이 지지되는 형태로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
