AUTOMATIC RELEASE DEVICE FOR LIFTING GANGFORM SAFELY AND GANGFORM SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME
An automatic dismantling device for safe hoisting of a gang form related to the present invention comprises: a hoisting ring formed to be attachable to a gang form body; a lifting member installed on the hoisting ring to be liftable, and formed to be lifted first according to the hoisting of a hook of a crane hung on the hoisting ring; a wire, one end of which is connected to the lifting member; a moving member connected to the other end of the wire, and formed to be horizontally guided as the wire is pulled; an operation protrusion coupled to the moving member; and at least one pair of grippers, of which the rear end is formed to be retained to the operation protrusion and the front end is engaged with an end of an anchor rod embedded in concrete inside the gang form body to maintain a coupled state, or each of which moves in the orthogonal direction to the movement direction of the moving member according to the movement of the moving member and the operation protrusion. Therefore, the automatic dismantling device can drastically reduce working time and associated costs.
본 발명과 관련된 갱폼의 안전 인양을 위한 자동 해체장치는, 갱폼 본체에 부착될 수 있게 형성된 인양고리; 상기 인양고리에 승강 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 인양고리에 걸려지는 크레인의 후크의 인양에 따라 먼저 상승될 수 있게 형성된 승강부재; 일단이 상기 승강부재에 연결되는 와이어; 상기 와이어의 타단에 연결되고, 상기 와이어가 당겨짐에 따라 수평으로 이끌려질 수 있게 형성된 이동부재; 상기 이동부재에 결합되는 작동돌기; 및 그 후단은 상기 작동돌기에 구속될 수 있게 형성되고, 그 선단은 상기 갱폼 본체의 내측에서 콘크리트에 매립되는 앵커로드의 끝단과 맞물려져 체결상태를 유지하거나 상기 이동부재 및 상기 작동돌기의 이동에 따라 상기 이동부재의 이동방향에 직교하는 방향으로 상호 이동하여 상기 체결상태를 해제시키도록 형성되는, 적어도 한 쌍의 그리퍼를 포함할 수 있다.
