AEROSOL GENERATOR WITH LIQUID CARTRIDGE LEAKAGE PREVENTION FUNCTION
The present invention relates to an aerosol generator, and specifically, to an aerosol generator with a liquid cartridge leakage prevention function. The aerosol generator with a liquid cartridge leakage prevention function according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a liquid cartridge which includes a housing with a hollow in an upper part, a liquid storage unit provided in the housing, a moisture absorbent in contact with the liquid storage unit, a first airflow passage communicating vertically with the hollow formed in the upper part of the housing, a second airflow passage communicating with the moisture absorbent in a certain section, formed around the moisture absorbent and communicating with the first airflow passage, a leaked liquid storage unit provided at a distance from a lower part of the moisture absorbent and communicating with the second airflow passage, and at least one opening formed around the leaked liquid storage unit and communicating with the moisture absorbent and the second airflow passage; a light source which emits light to the moisture absorbent through the opening; a battery which supplies power to the light source; and a microcontroller which controls the supply of power from the battery to the light source.
본 발명은 에어로졸 발생장치에 관한 것으로 특히 액상 카트리지 누액 방지 기능을 갖는 에어로졸 발생장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액상 카트리지 누액 방지 기능을 갖는 에어로졸 발생장치는 에어로졸 발생장치에 있어서, 상부에 중공이 형성된 하우징과, 하우징 내에 구비되는 액상 저장부와, 액상 저장부와 접촉하는 흡습체와, 상기 하우징의 상부에 형성된 중공과 수직으로 연통하는 제1 기류 통로와, 일부 구간에서 상기 흡습체와 연통하며 상기 흡습체의 주변에 형성되어 상기 제1 기류 통로와 연통하는 제2 기류 통로와, 상기 흡습체의 하부에 이격되어 구비되며 상기 제2 기류 통로와 연통하는 누액 저장부와, 누액 저장부 주변에 형성되며 상기 흡습체 및 상기 제2 기류 통로와 연통하는 적어도 하나의 개구를 구비하는 액상 카트리지와; 상기 개구를 통해 상기 흡습체로 광을 조사하는 광원과; 광원에 전력을 공급하는 배터리와; 배터리로부터 상기 광원에 전력을 공급하도록 제어하는 마이크로컨트롤러;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to an aerosol generator, and specifically, to an aerosol generator with a liquid cartridge leakage prevention function. The aerosol generator with a liquid cartridge leakage prevention function according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a liquid cartridge which includes a housing with a hollow in an upper part, a liquid storage unit provided in the housing, a moisture absorbent in contact with the liquid storage unit, a first airflow passage communicating vertically with the hollow formed in the upper part of the housing, a second airflow passage communicating with the moisture absorbent in a certain section, formed around the moisture absorbent and communicating with the first airflow passage, a leaked liquid storage unit provided at a distance from a lower part of the moisture absorbent and communicating with the second airflow passage, and at least one opening formed around the leaked liquid storage unit and communicating with the moisture absorbent and the second airflow passage; a light source which emits light to the moisture absorbent through the opening; a battery which supplies power to the light source; and a microcontroller which controls the supply of power from the battery to the light source.
본 발명은 에어로졸 발생장치에 관한 것으로 특히 액상 카트리지 누액 방지 기능을 갖는 에어로졸 발생장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액상 카트리지 누액 방지 기능을 갖는 에어로졸 발생장치는 에어로졸 발생장치에 있어서, 상부에 중공이 형성된 하우징과, 하우징 내에 구비되는 액상 저장부와, 액상 저장부와 접촉하는 흡습체와, 상기 하우징의 상부에 형성된 중공과 수직으로 연통하는 제1 기류 통로와, 일부 구간에서 상기 흡습체와 연통하며 상기 흡습체의 주변에 형성되어 상기 제1 기류 통로와 연통하는 제2 기류 통로와, 상기 흡습체의 하부에 이격되어 구비되며 상기 제2 기류 통로와 연통하는 누액 저장부와, 누액 저장부 주변에 형성되며 상기 흡습체 및 상기 제2 기류 통로와 연통하는 적어도 하나의 개구를 구비하는 액상 카트리지와; 상기 개구를 통해 상기 흡습체로 광을 조사하는 광원과; 광원에 전력을 공급하는 배터리와; 배터리로부터 상기 광원에 전력을 공급하도록 제어하는 마이크로컨트롤러;를 포함한다.
