Multiple composite performance fire Doors
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a multi-complex performance fire door that not only reliably blocks ultra-high temperature heat transfer, but also enhances insulation, thermal insulation, and fire resistance. A multi-complex performance fire door according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a door inner plate; a door outer plate formed in parallel to the door inner plate and spaced at a predetermined interval; a door cover fixedly coupled to the outer surface of the door inner plate or door outer plate; a heat shielding material inserted into each of the door inner plate, the door outer plate, and the door cover; a structural reinforcement material disposed between the door inner plate and the door outer plate and having at least one bent portion; and an insulating material inserted into the space between the door inner plate, the door outer plate and the structural reinforcement material.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 다중 복합 성능 방화문은 도어내판; 상기 도어내판과 평행을 이루면서 일정 간격 이격되어 형성되는 도어외판; 상기 도어내판 또는 도어외판의 외면에 고정 결합되는 도어덧판; 상기 도어내판과 도어외판과 도어덧판의 내측으로 각각 삽입되는 열차단재; 상기 도어내판과 도어외판 사이에 배치되고 적어도 하나 이상의 절곡부가 형성되는 구조보강재 및 상기 도어내판과 도어외판과 구조보강재 사이의 공간에 삽입되는 단열재를 포함한다.
