Cable-Slider for Window Regulator of Car
The present invention relates to a cable slider for a vehicle window regulator, which converts a cable direction of the regulator that controls opening and closing of a window glass, thereby having an effect of greatly reducing operational noise or vibrations. The cable slider for a vehicle window regulator comprises: a slider in which a member having an arc-shaped curved surface is formed at an outer contact unit converting a direction of a cable, and a slide guide as a channel with a concave parabolic cross-section is formed at the arc-shaped curved surface, so as to guide the movement of the cable; a cable separation prevention unit which is formed at one end of a parabola formed by a channel cross-section of the slide guide, and protrudes toward the one end of the parabola formed by the channel cross-section to be spaced at a certain interval apart from a channel surface along a part or all of the slide guide to be disposed to face the slide guide so as to prevent the separation of the cable; and a slider mounting unit which is formed on a module panel surface at a position including at least any one side of both ends of a rail and to which the slider is fixed and mounted so that the slide guide faces in the opposite direction of the end of the rail.
본 발명은 케이블의 방향을 전환하는 외측 접촉부에 아크 형상의 곡면이 형성된 부재로 이루어지며 아크 형상의 곡면에는 오목한 포물선 단면 형상의 채널인 슬라이드 가이드가 형성되어 케이블의 이동을 안내하는 슬라이더, 슬라이드 가이드의 채널 단면이 형성하는 포물선 일측 끝단에 형성되며 슬라이드 가이드의 일부 또는 전부를 따라 채널 표면으로부터 일정 간격 이격되도록 채널 단면이 형성하는 포물선 일측 끝단 방향으로 돌출되어 슬라이드 가이드와 대향 배치됨으로써 케이블 이탈을 방지하는 케이블 이탈방지부, 레일 양 끝단 중 적어도 어느 한 측을 포함하는 위치의 모듈 패널 표면에 형성되며 슬라이드 가이드가 레일 끝단과 반대 방향을 향하도록 슬라이더가 고정 장착되는 슬라이더 장착부로 구성되어, 윈도우 글라스의 개폐를 제어하는 레귤레이터의 케이블 방향을 전환하는 자동차 윈도우 레귤레이터용 케이블 슬라이더에 관한 것이다.
