3 PASTE COMPOSITION FOR MODELING IN 3D PRINTER
The present invention relates to a modeling paste composition for a 3D printer, in which an appropriate amount of water, glycerin or anhydrous ethanol (99.9 %), and sodium silicate is applied to modeling clay containing 25 to 26 % of moisture. Therefore, provided are effects of solving a problem of making conventional clay extrusion impossible from a printer's nozzle when a modeling paste containing chamotte is outputted with a 3D printer, and manufacturing various sculptures with a 3D printer for general clay since the composition has sufficient viscosity to be stacked on a sculpture without collapsing even at a steep angle, and to maintain the shape thereof even after being fired.
본 발명은 3D프린터의 조형용 페이스트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 25~26%의 수분을 함유하는 조형점토에 물과 글리세린 또는 무수에탄올(99.9%), 규산소다를 적정량 첨가함으로써, 샤모트가 함유된 조형용 페이스트를 3D프린터로 출력할 경우 프린터의 노즐에서 종래 점토압출이 불가능해지는 문제점을 해결하며, 충분한 점성으로 조형물에 가파른 각도를 가져도 무너짐 없이 적층 가능하며 소성 후에도 형태가 그대로 유지되어, 일반 점토용 3D프린터로 각종 조형물을 만들 수 있는 효과가 있다.
