BRICK HAVING COFFEE CARBONIZED ASH
The present invention proposes a brick mixed with coffee grounds ash, in a brick manufactured by mortar by mixing water, a mixture of cement and coffee grounds ash, and fine aggregate, wherein the coffee grounds ash is carbonized at a high temperature of 700 to 900℃, and in the mixture, the volume ratio of the cement and coffee grounds ash is 95 : 5 to 85 : 15. By mixing coffee grounds into mortar, the anti-fouling performance, dehumidifying performance, and deodorizing effect of the mortar are improved, and the rust of the rebar placed inside the mortar is prevented, while preventing the problem of lowering the strength of concrete.
본 발명은 물, 시멘트와 커피찌꺼기 애쉬의 혼합물, 세골재의 혼합에 의한 모르타르에 의해 제조된 벽돌에 있어서, 상기 커피찌꺼기 애쉬는 700~900℃의 고온에서 탄화되고, 상기 혼합물에서, 상기 시멘트와 커피찌꺼기 애쉬의 부피비는 95:5 ~ 85:15인 것을 특징으로 하는 커피찌꺼기 애쉬가 혼합된 벽돌을 제시함으로써, 커피찌꺼기를 모르타르에 혼합하여 모르타르의 방오성능, 제습성능, 탈취효과를 향상시키고, 모르타르 내부에 배근되는 철근의 녹을 방지하면서도, 콘크리트의 강도저하 문제를 방지할 수 있도록 한다.
