The present invention is to provide equipment and methods for seismic reinforcement of masonry exterior materials that not only increase the efficiency of seismic reinforcement of masonry exterior materials, but also minimize damage to building structures when an earthquake occurs. The present invention relates to a tube for seismic reinforcement of masonry exterior materials and a method for seismic reinforcement of masonry exterior materials using the same. According to the present invention, the tube for seismic reinforcement of masonry exterior materials comprises: a body in the form of a circular tube of preset diameter and length; a first chamber formed inside the distal end of the body to accommodate a certain amount of binder; and a second chamber formed inside the distal end of the body to be separate from the first chamber and accommodating a certain amount of binder.
