Manufacturing method of ceramics using stained glass and ceramics manufactured by the method
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing pottery using stained glass and to pottery manufactured by using the method. More specifically, the method comprises: molding the pottery; designing a pattern on a surface of the molded pottery; performing openwork of the designed pottery; first polishing the surface of the open-worked pottery; firing the first polished pottery; secondary polishing the fired pottery; performing glaze firing of the secondary polished pottery; thirdly polishing the glaze fired pottery; and inserting and bonding a piece of colored glass into an openwork area of the thirdly polished pottery. According to the present invention, the stained glass is applied to enhance the aesthetics of the pottery and the original pottery is manufactured, such that the pottery can be upgraded and the artistic value of the pottery can be enhanced.
본 발명은 스테인드 글라스를 이용한 도자기의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의한 도자기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도자기를 성형하는 단계와, 상기 성형된 도자기의 표면에 문양을 디자인하는 단계와, 상기 디자인된 도자기를 투각하는 단계와, 상기 투각된 도자기의 표면을 1차 연마하는 단계와, 상기 1차 연마된 도자기를 초벌하는 단계와, 상기 초벌된 도자기를 2차 연마하는 단계와, 상기 2차 연마된 도자기를 재벌하는 단계와, 상기 재벌된 도자기를 3차 연마하는 단계와, 상기 3차 연마된 도자기의 투각 부위에 색유리 편을 삽입한 후 접합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 스테인드 글라스를 적용하여 도자기의 심미감을 높이고, 독창성 있는 도자기를 제조함으로써, 도자기를 고급화하고, 그 예술적 가치를 높일 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
