BRIR Acoustic room and method for obtaining BRIR using the same
According to an embodiment, in an acoustic room including the floor, side wall, and ceiling, the acoustic room includes: an inner wall of the ceiling including a glass wool layer; an inner wall of the side wall including the glass wool layer; and an inner wall of the floor including the glass wool layer. At least some of a first sound output from a speaker installed on the outside of the side wall is reflected by the glass wool layer of the side wall and is input into a microphone placed at a random position in the acoustic room. At least some of a second sound output from the speaker installed outside the ceiling is reflected by the glass wool layer on the floor and is input into a microphone placed at a random position in the acoustic room. The reflectance of the side wall of the first sound is greater than the reflectance of the floor of the second sound. Accordingly, BRIR can be obtained with an improved sense of space and improved binaural rendering utilization.
