Foodwaste Disposal Apparatus and Method
The present invention relates to a food waste treatment apparatus, which comprises: a grinding unit which is coupled to the lower portion of a drainage hole of a sink, grinds food introduced by means of the drainage hole and discharges the ground food; a storage unit which receives and stores the ground food from the grinding unit and in which a sold matter discharge line is formed to discharge solid matter precipitated at the lower end and an overflow water discharge line is formed at the upper end to discharge overflow water; a bioreaction unit which receives the overflow water by means of the overflow water discharge line to purify the same by means of bioreaction to discharge treated water; a dehydrating unit including a casing provided with a solid matter inlet into which the solid matter is introduced from the storage unit, a cake outlet which discharges the dehydrated solid matter to the outside, and a moisture discharge line for discharging moisture produced during the dehydration process to the outside, and a screw formed at the casing to be linked therewith for rotation; and a cake storage unit which receives and stores the solid matter dehydrated in the dehydrating unit before drying the same by means of a heating means. Therefore, problems such as noise can be resolved.
본 발명은 싱크대 배수구의 저부에 결합되고 배수구를 통해 유입되는 음식물을 분쇄시키고 분쇄된 음식물을 배출하는 분쇄부; 상기 분쇄부로부터 분쇄된 음식물을 전달받아 저장하면서 하단에 침전된 고형물을 배출하는 고형물배출라인이 형성되고 상단에 월류수를 배출하는 월류수배출라인이 형성되는 저장부; 상기 월류수배출라인을 통해 월류수를 전달받아 생물반응에 의해 정화처리하여 처리수를 배출하는 생물반응부; 상기 저장부에서 고형물이 유입되는 고형물유입구와 탈수된 고형물을 외부로 배출하는 케익배출구와 탈수과정에서 생성되는 수분을 외부로 배출하는 수분배출라인이 형성되는 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱에 구성되어 회전연동을 하는 스크류를 포함하는 탈수부; 상기 탈수부에서 탈수된 고형물을 유입하여 저장하면서 가온수단에 의해 건조시키는 케익저장부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치에 관한 것이다.
