Wooden wall assembly structure system using small-diameter wood and it's construction method
The present invention relates to a wooden wall assembly structure system for utilizing small-diameter wood and a construction method thereof, which comprises: a lower unit including a first seam portion in which a first wooden column is coupled to be in parallel with each other by means of a connecting pin, and first and second side portions in which a second wooden column, which is individually coupled to the first seam portion at both sides of the first seam portion while providing a length longer than that of the first seam portion, is connected to the first seam portion by means of a connecting pin inserted by means of a second insertion hole; and an upper unit having a second seam portion in which a third wooden column is coupled to be in parallel with each other by means of a connecting pin inserted by means of a third insertion hole, and third and fourth side portions in which a fourth wooden column, which is coupled to the second seam portion individually at both sides of the second seam portion while providing a length shorter than that of the second seam portion, is connected to the second seam portion by means of a connecting pin inserted by means of a fourth insertion hole, and an exposure portion is provided in which the lower portion of the second seam portion is exposed by a predetermined length, while a second side surface inlet groove is formed to be horizontally recessed toward both sides of the side surface of the second seam portion, wherein the downwardly exposing exposure portion of the second seam portion of the upper unit is inserted into the first upper inlet groove of the lower unit such that the lower unit and the upper unit may be vertically and mutually coupled. Therefore, according to the wooden wall assembly structure system for utilizing small-diameter wood and the construction method thereof, the wooden column having a length shorter than the height of the wall may be utilized, thereby improving efficiency in resource utilization and improving ease of assembly.
본 발명은 소경목재를 활용한 목조 벽체 조립 구조시스템 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 제1목재기둥이 연결핀에 의해 상호 나란하게 결합된 제1심부분과, 제1심부분의 양측에서 각각 제1심부분과 결합되되 제1심부분보다 긴 길이를 갖는 제2목재기둥이 제2삽입홀을 통해 삽입되는 연결핀에 의해 제1심부분과 연결된 제1 및 제2사이드부분을 갖는 하부유니트와, 제3목재기둥이 제3삽입홀을 통해 삽입되는 연결핀에 의해 상호 나란하게 결합된 제2심부분과, 제2심부분의 양측에서 각각 제2심부분과 결합되되 제2심부분보다 짧은 길이를 갖는 제4목재기둥이 제4삽입홀을 통해 삽입되는 연결핀에 의해 제2심부분과 연결되며 제2심부분의 하부가 일정길이 노출된 노출부분을 갖으며, 제2심부분의 측면 양측을 향해 수평상으로 인입된 제2측면인입홈을 형성하는 제3 및 제4사이드부분을 갖는 상부 유니트 및 하부유니트의 제1상부 인입홈에 상부 유니트의 제2심부분의 하방으로 노출된 노출부분이 삽입되어 하부유니트와 상부 유니트가 수직상으로 상호 결합되어 있다. 이러한 소경목재를 활용한 목조 벽체 조립 구조시스템 및 그 시공방법에 의하면, 벽체 높이보다 짧은 길이의 목재 기둥도 활용할 수 있어 자원활용 효율성을 향상시키면서 조립성도 향상시킬 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a wooden wall assembly structure system for utilizing small-diameter wood and a construction method thereof, which comprises: a lower unit including a first seam portion in which a first wooden column is coupled to be in parallel with each other by means of a connecting pin, and first and second side portions in which a second wooden column, which is individually coupled to the first seam portion at both sides of the first seam portion while providing a length longer than that of the first seam portion, is connected to the first seam portion by means of a connecting pin inserted by means of a second insertion hole; and an upper unit having a second seam portion in which a third wooden column is coupled to be in parallel with each other by means of a connecting pin inserted by means of a third insertion hole, and third and fourth side portions in which a fourth wooden column, which is coupled to the second seam portion individually at both sides of the second seam portion while providing a length shorter than that of the second seam portion, is connected to the second seam portion by means of a connecting pin inserted by means of a fourth insertion hole, and an exposure portion is provided in which the lower portion of the second seam portion is exposed by a predetermined length, while a second side surface inlet groove is formed to be horizontally recessed toward both sides of the side surface of the second seam portion, wherein the downwardly exposing exposure portion of the second seam portion of the upper unit is inserted into the first upper inlet groove of the lower unit such that the lower unit and the upper unit may be vertically and mutually coupled. Therefore, according to the wooden wall assembly structure system for utilizing small-diameter wood and the construction method thereof, the wooden column having a length shorter than the height of the wall may be utilized, thereby improving efficiency in resource utilization and improving ease of assembly.
