The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an artificial aggregate using livestock manure, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an artificial aggregate capable of applying the livestock manure which is livestock waste as a useful resource. The method for manufacturing an artificial aggregate using livestock manure of the present invention comprises: a preprocessing step of drying the livestock manure to a certain amount of moisture; a crushing step of putting and crushing the livestock manure dried in the preprocessing step in a crushing device; a pyrolysis step of decomposing an organic matter by heating the livestock manure crushed in the crushing step; a recovering step of recovering a carbide obtained in the pyrolysis step and storing the same in a storing tank; a mixing step of mixing the carbide stored in the storing tank with a binder; a molding step of molding a mixture obtained in the mixing step into a granular shape; and a surface hardening step of hardening a surface by heat-treating a granular molded body obtained in the molding step.
본 발명은 축분을 이용한 인공골재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 축산 폐기물인 축분을 유용한 자원으로 활용할 수 있는 인공골재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 축분을 이용한 인공골재의 제조방법은 축분을 일정 함수량으로 건조시키는 전처리단계와, 전처리단계에서 건조된 축분을 파쇄기에 투입하여 파쇄하는 파쇄단계와, 파쇄단계에서 파쇄된 축분을 가열하여 유기물을 분해하는 열분해단계와, 열분해단계에서 수득한 탄화물을 회수하여 저장조에 저장하는 회수단계와, 저장조에 저장된 탄화물을 바인더와 혼합하는 믹싱단계와, 믹싱단계에서 수득한 혼합물을 입상으로 성형하는 성형단계와, 성형단계에서 수득한 입상 성형체를 열처리하여 표면을 경화시키는 표면경화단계를 포함한다.
