3D 3D Method for manufacturing a ceramic structure using a binder jetting 3D printing method and a ceramic structure manufactured using a binder jetting 3D printing method
Provided is a method for manufacturing a ceramic structure by using a binder jetting 3D printing method. The method for manufacturing a ceramic structure comprises: a step of preparing base powder in which spherical alumina (Al_2O_3) powder and a surface modifier are mixed; a step of preparing a functional binder including water, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and glass frit; a step of manufacturing the ceramic structure with the binder jetting 3D printing method through the base powder and the functional binder; and a step of sintering the ceramic structure. Provided is the ceramic structure with improved strength of a sintered body.
바인더 제팅(Binder Jetting) 3D 프린팅 방식을 이용한 세라믹 구조체의 제조 방법이 제공된다. 상기 세라믹 구조체의 제조 방법은, 구형의 알루미나(Al2O3) 분말, 및 표면 개질제가 혼합된 베이스 파우더를 준비하는 단계, 물, PVA(polyvinyl alcohol), 및 글래스 프릿(Glass Frit)을 포함하는 기능성 바인더를 준비하는 단계, 상기 베이스 파우더, 및 상기 기능성 바인더를 통해 바인더 제팅 3D 프린팅 방식으로 세라믹 구조체를 제조하는 단계, 및 상기 세라믹 구조체를 소결하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.

Provided is a method for manufacturing a ceramic structure by using a binder jetting 3D printing method.
