Disclosed are a wave dissipation block, a construction method for a wave dissipation block, and a wave dissipation structure, capable of providing an excellent interlocking function and improving wave dissipation efficiency. The wave dissipation block includes: a body unit formed to be parallel with a center shaft (C); a first extension arm unit protruding from a left end of the body unit to be parallel with the center shaft (C); a second extension arm protruding from a right end of the body unit to be parallel with the center shaft (C); four first leg units radially protruding from the left side of the body unit and formed for a cross-sectional area to become smaller as the four first leg units are away from the body unit; and four second leg units radially protruding from the right side of the body unit to be symmetric to the first leg unit and formed for the cross-sectional area to become smaller as the four second leg units are away from the body unit.
