INSULATION MATERIAL FOR FREEZE PROTECTION AND FREEZE PROTECTION SYSTEM USING THEREOF
The present invention provides an insulation material for freeze protection and a freeze protection system using the same. The freeze protection system using the same includes: the insulation material for freeze protection, which prevents cold air from flowing into a water meter by being arranged in an inner space of the protection box including the water meter; a temperature sensing unit sensing the inner temperature and an outer temperature of the protection box in real time; and a control unit calculating an average maintained temperature of an outer measurement temperature and an inner measurement temperature measured in real time based on a predetermined reference temperature and calculating an average maintaining period by using the average maintained temperature, wherein the control unit also generates a freezing notification message by determining the freezing by analyzing the average maintained temperature based on the predetermined reference maintaining period.
본 발명은 동파방지용 보온재 및 이를 이용한 동파방지 시스템이 제공된다. 상기 시스템은, 동파방지용 보온재 및 이를 이용한 동파방지 시스템에 있어서, 수도 계량기가 구비된 보호통의 내부공간에 배치되어 상기 수도 계량기 측으로 찬 공기가 유입되는 것을 방지하는 동파방지용 보온재; 상기 보호통의 외부 및 내부의 온도를 실시간으로 감지하는 온도감지부; 및 기설정된 기준온도를 기준으로 실시간으로 측정되는 외부측정온도 및 내부측정온도의 평균유지온도를 산출하고, 상기 평균유지온도를 이용하여 평균유지기간을 산출한 후, 기설정된 기준유지기간을 기준으로 상기 평균유지온도를 분석하여 동파유무를 판단하여 동파알림 메시지를 생성하는 제어부;를 포함할 수 있다.
