The present invention relates to an opening and closing door with an assembly-type tempered glass frame, wherein a frame that supports a tempered glass of the opening and closing door installed to be opened and closed at an entrance to a building can be detachably coupled by an assembling method. The opening and closing door with an assembly-type tempered glass frame according to one embodiment of the present invention, which is installed to be opened and closed at an entrance to a building, comprises: a left-and-right-symmetric center frame which is vertically formed with a fixing rod having an outer surface formed with a packing for insulation coming in contact with a doorframe; a front frame which is detachably coupled to the front surface of the center frame by a first coupling means; a rear frame which is detachably coupled to the rear surface of the center frame by the first coupling means; a lower frame which has both ends connected to the center frame, and supports the lower end of the tempered glass seated on a coupling groove between the front frame and the rear frame inserted and coupled into the center frame, respectively; a front cover which is detachably coupled to the front surface of the lower frame by a second coupling means; and a rear cover which is detachably coupled to the rear surface of the lower frame by the second coupling means. Accordingly, the present invention can improve workability and constructability.
