The present invention relates to a horizontally sliding window having high-airtightness from an insulation function, which can improve the insulation grade of a window. More specifically, the horizontally sliding double-glazed window comprises: a window frame which is made up of a square window frame, and is composed of a first frame, a second frame, and a third frame to enable a plurality of windows to be installed; complex insulation members which are installed between the first and second frames and between the second and third frames composing the frame of the window frame; a connection insulation member which is installed between a plurality of second frames; a windbreak member which is installed at a protrusion support wing integrally formed at the bottom surface of a T-shaped insulation member of the complex insulation members, and is located between an inside door rail and an outside door rail of first and second windows to maintain airtightness; and a rail which is formed at an upward and downward horizontal frame and a leftward and rightward vertical frame composing the frame of the window frame, and has one side formed with an opening to block air introduced between the frame of the window frame and the window frame. The frame of the window frame has a middle frame formed at the middle to divide the window into an upper window and a lower window. The middle frame has first, second, and third middle frames coupled by the complex insulation member and forms a plurality of rails at upper and bottom surfaces of the middle frame to correspond to rails of the first, second, and third frames of the window frame. Accordingly, the horizontally sliding double-glazed window has improved insulation and windproof and soundproof properties.
