UHPC Manufacturing method of artificiality rock using Ultra High Performance Concrete
An artificial rock manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a primary dry blended product obtained by blending 44 wt% of cement, 48 wt% of sand, 3 wt% of cellulose fiber reinforcement, 1 wt% of water reducing agent, and 4 wt% of diatomaceous earth; plastering a primary mixture obtained by mixing 15 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total dry blended product; applying a mortar adhesive on the plastered primary mixture; preparing a secondary dry blended product obtained by blending 45 wt% of cement, 49 wt% of sand, 4 wt% of diatomaceous earth, 1 wt% of water reducing agent, and 1 wt% of water retention retardant; and laminating a secondary mixture obtained by mixing 15 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total secondary dry blended product. To increase strength and facilitate molding, the primary mixture and secondary mixture contain waste tire powder, shell powder, and waste vinyl dissolution residue, and further contain titanium dioxide for reducing nitrogen oxides. In addition, to obtain a color change effect depending on the temperature of a surface of the artificial rock, a temperature-sensitive paint is added to the secondary mixture, and information can be provided by providing two-dimensional and three-dimensional markers on the surface of the artificial rock. The present invention is harmless to the human body and environmentally friendly compared to the conventional artificial rock, has good workability, and has the effect of improving strength.
본 발명에 따른 인조바위 제작방법은 시멘트 44중량%, 모래 48중량%, 셀룰로오스 섬유보강제 3중량%, 감수제 1중량%, 규조토 4중량%를 배합한 1차 건배합물을 준비하는 단계, 상기 건배합된 총 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 물 15중량부를 혼합한 1차 혼합물을 미장하는 단계, 미장한 상기 1차 혼합물 위에 몰탈 접착제를 도포하는 단계, 시멘트 45중량%, 모래 49중량%, 규조토 4중량%, 감수제 1중량%, 보수지연제 1중량%를 배합한 2차 건배합물을 준비하는 단계 및 상기 2차 건배합된 총 혼합물100중량부에 대하여 물 15중량부를 혼합한 2차 혼합물을 적층하는 단계를 포함하며, 강도를 증가시키고 성형이 용이하도록 상기 1차 혼합물 및 2차 혼합물은 폐타이어 분말, 패각 분말 및 폐비닐 용해 잔사물을 포함하고, 질소산화물 저감을 위한 이산화티타늄을 더 포함하며, 상기 인조바위의 표면의 온도에 따른 색채변화 효과를 얻기 위해 상기 2차 혼합물에 감온 도료를 첨가하고, 상기 인조바위 표면에 2차원 및 3차원 형상의 마커를 마련함으로써 정보 제공이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
