RECYCLER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR ASPHALT PAVEMENT
The present invention relates to a recycler (A) for asphalt pavement construction. The recycler (A) for asphalt pavement comprises: a main body (10) which has a vehicle structure formed to be movable forward; a scarper (20) which is installed at a bottom surface of the main body (10) to scrape time-worn ascon from an upper surface of existing asphalt pavement; a mixer (100) which stirs and heats the scrapped time-worn ascon; and a sprinkler (30) which sprinkles regenerative addition agents for the time-worn ascon. The recycler (A) further comprises a transfer unit (200) having a conveyor structure installed to be inclined upward to transfer regeneration ascon emitted from the mixer (100) to a rearward paver (B). The mixer (100) comprises: an accommodation unit (110) which is installed to be inclined upward toward the rear from a rear end of the scraper (20) to a front end of the transfer unit (200) to accommodate the scraped time-worn ascon; a rotational shaft (120) which is installed to be inclined upward toward the rear in a forward and backward direction inside the accommodation unit (110); and a wing unit (130) which has a screw structure formed at the rotational shaft (120). Accordingly, the present invention enables an efficient operation of the recycler, and enables high-quality regeneration ascon to be manufactured by the mixer.
본 발명은 전방 구동이 가능하도록 형성된 차량 구조의 본체(10); 기존 아스팔트 도로포장의 상면으로부터 노후 아스콘을 긁어내도록 상기 본체(10)의 저면에 설치된 스크래퍼(20); 상기 긁어낸 노후 아스콘을 교반하고 가열하는 믹서(100); 노후 아스콘에 대하여 재생첨가제를 살포하는 살포기(30);를 구비한 아스팔트 도로포장용 리사이클러(A)에 관한 것으로서, 상기 믹서(100)에서 배출된 재생 아스콘을 후방의 페이버(B)로 이송하도록 상향경사지게 설치된 컨베이어 구조의 이송부(200);를 더 포함하고, 상기 믹서(100)는, 상기 긁어낸 노후 아스콘을 수납하도록, 상기 스크래퍼(20)의 후단에서 상기 이송부(200)의 전단에 이르기까지 후방을 향하여 상향경사지게 설치된 수납부(110); 상기 수납부(110)의 내부에 전후방향을 따라 후방을 향하여 상향경사지게 설치된 회전축(120); 상기 회전축(120)에 스크류 구조로 형성된 날개부(130);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 도로포장용 리사이클러(A)를 제시함으로써, 리싸이클러의 효율적인 운행이 가능하고, 믹서에 의해 양질의 재생 아스콘을 제조할 수 있도록 한다.

The present invention relates to a recycler (A) for asphalt pavement construction.
