Waste Glass Wool Recycling Sidewalk Block and Manufacturing Method
The present invention relates to a waste glass wool recycling sidewalk block, and more specifically, to a waste glass wool recycling sidewalk block and a manufacturing method thereof, the sidewalk block comprising: a lower layer (110) composed of waste glass wool, primary aggregate and cement, and having pores formed therein to have water permeability; and an upper layer (120) stacked on top of the lower layer (110) to be molded together, composed of secondary aggregate and cement, and having pores formed therein to have water permeability, wherein the primary aggregate has a larger particle size than the secondary aggregate, the used waste glass wool is waste glass wool pulverized to a preset size, and each of the lower layer (110) and the upper layer (120) has 5 to 15 parts by weight of water added thereto with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement in a molding process. Therefore, glass wool wastes can be reduced and waste disposal costs can be saved.
본 발명은 폐글라스울을 재활용한 보도블럭에 관한 것으로서, 폐글라스울, 1차골재 및 시멘트로 이루어지며, 내부에 공극이 형성되어 투수성을 가지는 하부층(110); 상기 하부층(110)의 상부에 적층되어 함께 성형되며, 2차골재 및 시멘트로 이루어지며, 내부에 공극이 형성되어 투수성을 가지는 상부층(120);으로 구성되고, 1차골재는 2차골재에 비하여 상대적으로 입경이 크고, 폐글라스울은 미리 설정된 크기로 분쇄된 것이 사용되고, 상기 하부층(110)과 상기 상부층(120) 각각은 성형과정에서 시멘트 100중량부에 대하여 물 5 내지 15중량부가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐글라스울을 재활용한 보도블럭 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
