MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FRONT COVER FOR WATER METER BOX
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the front surface cover for a water meter box, wherein an opening and closing door is provided at the center of a front surface cover to be easily attached to and detached from the inspection window of the front surface cover. The water meter may be easily read or inspected by means of the inspection window. The opening and closing door is sealed at the inspection window of the front surface cover to maintain airtightness, thereby preventing external debris from being introduced into the water meter box, and preventing external cold air from being introduced into the water meter box during wintertime. Because an insulation material is attached at the rear surface of the front surface cover and the opening and closing door, the water meter box may be insulated, thereby preventing the water meter from being frozen and burst during wintertime. Because the front surface cover and the opening and closing door are simply manufactured, productivity may be improved. To this end, the present invention comprises: a cutting step; a drawing step; a blanking step; a bending step; an injecting step; and a coupling step.
본 발명은 전면커버의 중앙에 개폐도어가 구비되어 전면커버의 점검창에 용이하게 탈착할 수 있으며, 점검창을 통해 용이하게 수도계량기를 검침 또는 점검할 수 있으며, 전면커버의 점검창에 개폐도어가 기밀이 유지되도록 밀폐되어 외부의 이물질이 수도계량기함 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 동절기에 외부의 찬공기가 수도계량기함 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 전면커버와 개폐도어의 배면에 단열재가 부착되어 수도계량기함을 보온하여 동절기에 수도계량기의 동파를 방지할 수 있으며, 전면커버와 개폐도어의 제조공정이 간단하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 수도계량기함용 전면커버의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
