MOVABLE SCAFFOLDING STRUCTURE
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a movable scaffolding structure, which is adjustable in size, is easy to transport and store, can be used regardless of the size and working height of a work site owing to the adjustable size and height thereof, and prevents slip and overturn, thereby securing the safety of workers. To achieve the purpose, the movable scaffolding structure installed on a high-place work place according to the present invention comprises: a base frame supported on the ground; one or more upper end frames stacked on the upper side of the base frame to be able to be separated and having the stacked number thereof adjusted with respect to the base frame depending on the height of a high-place work; temporary stairs installed inside the base frame and the upper end frames to be able to be separated so that workers can move up and down along the inner space of the base frame and the upper end frames; a safety guardrail assembly installed around the upper edge of the uppermost upper end frame among the one or more upper end frames, which are stacked on the upper side of the base frame, to be able to be separated; outriggers for supporting the four edges of the base frame on the ground; a jack base for supporting the bottom surface of the outriggers on the ground; and moving wheels of the outriggers for helping the movement of the base frame while rolling on the ground.
본 발명은 이동식 비계 구조물에 관한 것으로서, 크기 조절이 가능하여 운반과 보관이 용이하고, 크기와 높낮이 조절이 가능하여 작업현장의 크기와 작업높이에 관계없이 사용할 수 있으며, 미끄러짐 및 전도를 방지하여 작업자의 안전을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 고소작업 장소에 설치되는 이동식 비계 구조물에 있어서, 지면에 지지되는 베이스 프레임과; 베이스 프레임의 상측부분에 적어도 하나 이상 분리 가능하게 적층되며, 고소작업 높이에 따라 베이스 프레임에 대한 적층 개수가 조절되는 적어도 하나 이상의 상단 프레임과; 베이스 프레임과 상단 프레임의 내측공간을 따라 작업자가 상,하로 이동할 수 있도록, 베이스 프레임과 상단 프레임의 내부에 분리가능하게 설치되는 가설계단들과; 베이스 프레임의 상측에 적층되는 적어도 하나 이상의 상단 프레임 중, 최상측 상단 프레임의 상측 가장자리 둘레에 분리 가능하게 설치되는 안전난간 조립체와; 베이스 프레임의 네 모서리 부분을 지면에 지지시키는 아우트리거들과; 아우트리거의 밑면을 지면에 지지시키는 잭 베이스와, 지면과 구름운동하면서 베이스 프레임의 이동을 돕는 아우트리거의 이동바퀴를 구비한다.
