The present invention relates to a window railing which is installed on the front side of a window formed on the outer wall of a building and is formed by integrating the upper horizontal bar and the lower horizontal bar through a plurality of vertical bars. According to the present invention, the window railing comprises: a pair of left and right anchor brackets allowing the upper horizontal bar to be fixed or unfastened to the outer wall of the building through anchor bolts coupled to both end parts of the upper horizontal bar and coupled to be detachably inserted through a plate surface; a plurality of shaft support brackets rotatably supported on the lower horizontal bar at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction to be fixed on the outer wall of the building, and a pair of left and right hinge brackets being rotatably coupled to both end parts of the lower horizontal bar to be fixed to the outer wall of the building, thereby allowing the window railing to pivot forward around the lower horizontal bar when the anchor bolts are released from the pair of anchor brackets. Accordingly, the window railing can be opened for use in special situations such as moving luggage or in the event of an emergency such as fire evacuation.
본 발명은 건물의 외벽에 형성된 창문의 전면부에 설치되며 상단 수평 바와 하단 수평 바가 다수의 수직 살대를 매개로 하여 일체로 이루어지는 창문 난간에 관한 것으로서, 상기 상단 수평바의 양측 단부에 결합하고 판면을 관통하여 삽탈 가능하게 결합하는 앵커볼트를 통해 상기 상단 수평바를 상기 건물의 외벽에 고정 또는 고정해제 가능하도록 해주는 좌우 한 쌍의 앵커 브래킷과; 상기 하단 수평 바에 길이방향을 따라 일정한 간격으로 회전 가능하게 지지하여 상기 건물의 외벽에 고정되게 설치되는 복수의 축 지지 브래킷과; 상기 하단 수평 바의 양측 단부에 회전 가능하게 결합하여 상기 건물의 외벽에 고정되게 설치됨으로써, 상기 한 쌍의 앵커 브래킷에 대한 상기 앵커볼트의 결합 해제 시 상기 창문 난간이 상기 하단 수평 바를 축으로 하여 전방으로 선회 가능하도록 해주는 좌우 한 쌍의 힌지 브래킷을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 이삿짐 운반과 같은 특수상황 또는 화재대피와 같은 비상 발생시 활용할 수 있도록 개방이 가능하다.
