Microplastic separation and collection aaparatus
The present invention relates to a device for separating and collecting sand and microplastics, and more specifically, to a device for separating and collecting sand and microplastics, wherein microplastics scattered on a beach can be separated from sand to be collected. For the purpose, disclosed is a device for separating and collecting sand and microplastics, comprising: a transport part for transporting objects to be separated and collected, which have sand and microplastics mixed therein, in a preset direction; a camera part for photographing the objects to be separated and collected, which have been transported from the transport part; a control part for determining whether microplastics are included based on the image of the objects to be separated and collected, which has been photographed by the camera part, and generating an air spray control signal if the microplastics are included at a level equal to or higher than a preset criterion; and an air spray part for separating sand and microplastics included in the objects to be separated and collected by spraying air in a preset direction according to the air spray control signal.
본 발명은 모래와 미세플라스틱 분리 수거 장치에 관한 것으로서, 해변가에 산재해 있는 미세플라스틱을 모래와 분리하고 수거하기 위한 모래와 미세플라스틱 분리 수거 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 모래와 미세플라스틱이 섞여진 분리수거 대상체를 기 설정된 방향으로 이송하는 이송부, 이송부에서 이송된 분리수거 대상체를 촬영하는 카메라부, 카메라부에서 촬영된 분리수거 대상체의 영상을 기초로 미세플라스틱이 포함되었는지 여부를 판별하고, 미세플라스틱이 기 설정된 기준 이상 포함되었다고 판단한 경우에 에어분사 제어신호를 생성하는 제어부, 에어 분사 제어신호에 따라 기 설정된 방향으로 에어를 분사함으로써 분리수거 대상체에 포함된 모래와 미세플라스틱을 분리하는 에어 분사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모래와 미세플라스틱 분리 수거 장치가 개시된다.
