RAIL CLEANING DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUS SHIP UNLOADER
The present invention relates to a rail cleaning device for continuous unloading equipment, comprising: an unloader main body movably installed on a pair of rail parts arranged facing each other and spaced apart from each other; a collection part rotatably installed on the unloader main body, moving with the unloader main body, and collecting foreign matters accumulated between the pair of rail parts; a discharge guide part that rotates the collection part to one side so that foreign matters collected in the collection part are discharged to the outside of the rail part as the unloader main body passes a set position; and a restore part that restores the collection part to an initial position by rotating the collection part to the other side after the foreign maters collected in the collection part are discharged to the outside of the rail part. Thus, the present invention can provide the rail cleaning device for continuous unloading equipment that can automatically remove foreign matters accumulated on the inside of the rail along which the continuous unloading equipment moves.
본 발명은 연속하역장비용 레일 크리닝장치에 관한 것으로, 상호 이격되어 마주보게 배치되는 한 쌍의 레일부상에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 하역기본체와, 하역기본체에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 하역기본체와 함께 이동되며 한 쌍의 레일부의 사이에 누적된 이물질을 수거하는 수거부와, 하역기본체가 설정 위치를 지남에 따라 수거부에 수거된 이물질이 레일부의 외측으로 배출되도록 수거부를 일측으로 회전시키는 배출유도부 및 수거부에 수거된 이물질이 레일부의 외측으로 배출된 이후 수거부를 타측으로 회전시켜 수거부를 초기 위치로 복원시키는 복원부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
