AUGER APPARATUS FOR GROUND AMELIORATION AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
In accordance with the present invention, an auger for improving weak ground includes: an auger body (110) having a hollow part (111) formed therein; and a screw blade (120) coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the body (110); wherein a nozzle (122) connected with the hollow part (111) of the body (110) is formed on the screw blade (120) to spray a solidifying agent (20) for improving weak ground, and the nozzle (122) is a nozzle of a cone-shaped structure of which the diameter decreases along an outward direction. Here, the screw blade (120) advisably has groove parts (121) formed on edges in forward and backward directions and in left and right directions as shown in FIG. 3. The nozzle (122) is advisably formed in the groove parts (121). In this case, the nozzle (122) is formed in the groove parts, thereby preventing a jet hole (h) of the nozzle (122) from being clogged when the auger is being led into the weak ground.
본 발명에 따른 연약지반 개량용 오거는 중공부(111)가 형성된 오거 본체(110); 본체(110)의 외주면에 결합된 스크류 날(120);을 포함하되, 스크류 날(120)에는 연약지반 개량을 위한 고화제(20)가 분사되도록 본체(110)의 중공부(111)와 연결된 분사구(122)가 형성되고, 분사구(122)는 외측방향을 따라 직경이 작아지는 콘 구조의 분사구이다. 이때 스크류 날(120)은 도 3과 같이 전후방향과 좌우방향 가장자리에 내측으로 홈부(121)가 형성된 것이 바람직하다. 분사구(122)는 홈부(121)에 형성된 것이 바람직하다. 이 경우, 홈부에 분사구(122)가 형성되어, 오거가 연약지반에 인입될 때 분사구(122)의 분출홀(h)이 막히는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
