The present invention relates to an improved fishway capable of securing a slow flow velocity, a low inclination angle, and a sufficient and constant flow rate such that fish species lacking a swimming ability can easily move, based on a fishway structure having at least one rotation section when a fishway which is an eco-passage is installed on a river weir. In other words, provided are a structure and an environment suitable for entry, leaping and ascending regardless of a swimming ability considering various ecological habits. Moreover, since an existing fishway installed in a river weir malfunctions and renovation and repair work is not smooth in many cases, the improved fishway is made to be additionally installed on the weir, in which the existing fishway is installed, without removal work such that fishway renovation and repair work can be assisted and the fishway can perform its intrinsic eco-passage function.
본 발명은 하천 보에 생태통로인 어도를 설치할 때 하나 이상의 회전 구간을 가지는 어도 구조를 기반으로 유영력이 부족한 어종들이 용이하게 이동 가능하도록, 느린 유속, 낮은 경사각, 충분하고 일정한 유량을 확보하는 개량형 어도에 관한 것이다. 즉, 다양한 생태적 습성을 고려하여 어종에 따른 유영력에 관계없이 진입, 도약 및 소상하기 적합한 구조와 환경을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 기존에 하천보에 설치된 어도가 제 기능을 하지 못하고 개보수가 원활히 이루어지지 않는 상황이 다수 존재함에 따라 개량형 어도는 기존의 어도가 설치된 보에 철거 없이 추가적인 설치가 가능하도록 하여 어도의 개보수 작업을 돕고 어도가 본연의 생태통로 기능을 발휘하도록 한다.

본 발명은 하천 보에 생태통로인 어도를 설치할 때 하나 이상의 회전 구간을 가지는 어도 구조를 기반으로 유영력이 부족한 어종들이 용이하게 이동 가능하도록, 느린 유속, 낮은 경사각, 충분하고 일정한 유량을 확보하는 개량형 어도에 관한 것이다. 즉, 다양한 생태적 습성을 고려하여 어종에 따른 유영력에 관계없이 진입, 도약 및 소상하기 적합한 구조와 환경을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 기존에 하천보에 설치된 어도가 제 기능을 하지 못하고 개보수가 원활히 이루어지지 않는 상황이 다수 존재함에 따라 개량형 어도는 기존의 어도가 설치된 보에 철거 없이 추가적인 설치가 가능하도록 하여 어도의 개보수 작업을 돕고 어도가 본연의 생태통로 기능을 발휘하도록 한다.
