SHACKLE FOR CHANGE OF ONE TOUCH TYPE SUSPENSION INSULATOR
A one-touch type suspension insulator replacement chain of the present invention has an integrated structure of an insulator connection body unit connected to the suspension insulator, a complete iron connection body unit and a fastening plate unit surrounding the four sides of the complete iron, and a fixing rod inserted into the pinhole of the complete iron. When replacing suspension insulators, it is possible to ensure worker safety, lower construction costs compared to the scale of work, and increase work efficiency. The space can be secured by not using bypass cables, and external complaints such as traffic restrictions can be minimized. At the same time, grid transfer fatigue due to the non-use of construction switches can be reduced, and system safety due to the non-switching of lines can be improved.
본 발명의 원터치식 현수애자 교체용 쇄클은 현수애자와 연결되는 애자연결몸체부와, 완철의 4면 둘레를 감싸주는 완철연결몸체부 및 체결판부와, 완철의 핀홀에 삽입되는 고정봉이 일체화된 구조이기 때문에 현수애자 교체 시 작업자의 안전확보는 물론 작업 규모대비 공사비를 낮추고 작업능률을 높일 수 있고, 바이패스케이블 미사용으로 인한 공간 확보가 유리하면서 교통제한 등의 대외 민원을 최소화할 수 있으며, 공사용 개폐기 미사용으로 인한 계통절체 피로도를 감소시킴과 동시에 선로 미전환으로 인한 계통안전성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
