Carbon Nanotube and Carbon Fiber Composite Manufacturing Device
A carbon nanotube and carbon fiber composite manufacturing device, according to the present invention, comprises: a slurry agitating unit which accommodates a composite slurry having carbon nanotube and carbon fiber dispersed in a solvent and agitates the composite slurry to condense and disperse carbon nanotubes; a conveyor unit which has a plurality of through-holes formed on a surface thereof, and contains a mesh-type circulating belt formed to circulate a preset circulating orbit; an opening/closing tank which has the composite slurry supplied and forms an accommodating space in which part of the circulating orbit formed by the mesh-type circulating belt is accommodated; a vacuum adsorbing unit which is provided in a lower part of the opening/closing tank and focuses a mixed slurry on part of the mesh-type circulating belt accommodated in the accommodating space to make the carbon nanotube and carbon fiber composite separated on the mesh-type circulating belt; and a thermal compression unit which performs thermal compression dry on the carbon nanotube and carbon fiber composite on the circulating orbit of the mesh-type circulating belt positioned outside the accommodating space. According to the present invention, the device can simplify the entire process and reduce process costs.
본 발명에 따른 탄소나노튜브 및 탄소섬유 복합체 제조장치는, 탄소나노튜브 및 탄소섬유가 용매에 분산된 복합 슬러리가 수용되며, 상기 복합 슬러리를 교반하여 탄소나노튜브를 응집 및 분산시키는 슬러리 교반유닛, 표면에 복수의 통과홀이 형성되고, 기 설정된 순환궤도를 순환하도록 형성되는 메쉬형 순환벨트를 포함하는 컨베이어유닛, 상기 복합 슬러리가 공급되며, 상기 메쉬형 순환벨트가 형성하는 순환궤도의 일부가 내부에 수용되는 수용공간이 형성된 개폐식 탱크, 상기 개폐식 탱크의 하부에 구비되어, 상기 수용공간 내에 수용된 상기 메쉬형 순환벨트의 일부에 상기 혼합 슬러리를 집속시켜, 상기 메쉬형 순환벨트 상에 상기 탄소나노튜브 및 탄소섬유 복합체가 분리되도록 하는 진공흡착유닛 및 상기 수용공간 외측에 위치된 상기 메쉬형 순환벨트의 순환궤도 상에서 상기 탄소나노튜브 및 탄소섬유 복합체에 대해 열압착 건조를 수행하는 열압착유닛을 포함한다.
