The present invention relates to a roller unit for a folding door, comprising: a fixing block inserted into and fixed to a horizontal frame of a door leaf of a folding door, having an insertion hole formed at the center thereof, and having a concave groove part formed on the bottom thereof; a shaft bolt vertically passing through the insertion hole from the bottom of the fixing block to be connected so that the fixing block can rotate relatively; a first nut coupled from above the shaft bolt; a moving body placed to be in contact with the upper surface of the first nut, coupled to and combined with a female screw part formed at the center of the shaft bolt, inserted into a horizontal frame of a doorframe placed above the doorframe of the folding door, having wheels mounted on both sides to be able to rotate, and moving in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frame of the doorframe; and a second nut coupled from above the shaft bolt to be in contact with the upper surface of the moving body, and fixed by placing the moving body between the first nut and the second nut. The shaft bolt is fixed to and combined with the moving body, and the fixing block is formed to be able to rotate relative to the shaft bolt, thereby preventing the rotational force of the shaft bolt from being transmitted to the moving body. Therefore, when the door leaf is opened and closed to move the moving body inside the horizontal frame of the doorframe in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frame of the doorframe, the moving body can move laterally in a constant direction inside the horizontal frame of the doorframe, thereby preventing noise in the doorframe and the separation of the moving body from a rail on the horizontal frame of the doorframe.
본 발명은 폴딩도어용 롤러유닛에 관한 것으로서, 폴딩도어의 문짝의 문짝 가로프레임에 끼워져 고정되며, 중앙에 삽입홀이 형성되고, 하부에는 요홈부가 형성되는 고정블럭; 상기 고정블럭의 하부로부터 상기 삽입홀에 수직으로 관통되어 상기 고정블럭이 상대회전 가능하도록 연결되는 축볼트; 상기 축볼트의 상측으로부터 체결되는 제1너트; 상기 제1너트의 상면에 접하도록 위치하고, 상기 축볼트가 중앙에 형성된 암나사부에 체결되어 결합되며, 상기 폴딩도어의 문틀의 상부에 위치하는 문틀 가로프레임의 내부에 삽입되고, 양측에 바퀴가 회전 가능하게 장착되어 상기 문틀 가로프레임의 길이방향으로 이동하는 이동몸체; 및 상기 이동몸체의 상면에 접하도록 상기 축볼트의 상측으로부터 체결되어, 상기 제1너트와의 사이에 상기 이동몸체가 위치하여 고정되는 제2너트;를 포함하며, 축볼트를 이동몸체에 고정결합하고, 고정블럭이 축볼트에 대하여 상대회전 가능하도록 형성함으로써, 축볼트의 회전력이 이동몸체로 전달되지 않게 되므로, 문짝을 개폐하여 이동몸체가 문틀 가로프레임의 내부에서 문틀 가로프레임의 길이방향으로 이동할 때, 이동몸체가 문틀 가로프레임 내에서 일정한 방향으로 횡이동할 수 있어 문틀 내에서의 소음과, 이동몸체가 문틀 가로프레임의 레일에서 이탈하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
