The present invention has the following effects. 본 발명은 조립식 핸드레일에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 선체의 블록과 계단식 발판장치의 프레임 사이에 탈착가능하게 조립되어, 작업자가 오르내릴 때 넘어지거나 추락하는 사고를 방지할 수 있도록 한 조립식 핸드레일에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 다음과 같은 효과를 발휘한다. 즉, 본 발명에 따르면, 선체블록과 계단식 발판장치의 프레임 사이에 탈착가능하게 조립될 수 있어 작업자가 오르내릴 때 계단식 발판장치가 전도되는 것을 방지하여 작업자의 안전사고를 방지할 수 있고, 아울러 선체블록의 높이에 맞추어 조립할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
