Concrescence apparatus in system for manufacturing of insulating glass
The present invention relates to a concrescence apparatus, in which a first glass at which a TPS stick is not applied to one surface, and a second glass at which the TPS stick is applied to one surface, are bonded to be manufactured as a multilayer glass. To this end, the present invention comprises: a main body unit which has a support plate which supports a first glass and a second glass which are transferred in a state of being inclined at a predetermined angle to prevent overturning, and a conveyor which is arranged at the lower portion of the support plate to horizontally transfer the first glass and the second glass; and a bonding transfer unit which is moved in a back-and-forth direction with respect to the support plate of the main body unit, and bonds the first glass and the second glass which are transferred. The bonding transfer unit has each corner portion is coupled to the main body unit by means of a plurality of ball screws, and has a moving plate which is moved in a back-and-forth direction by the screw-coupling according to the forward and reverse rotation of the ball screw, and a bonding plate which is arranged between the moving plate and the support plate, and has a suction board installed at the front surface. Therefore, reliability of the product may be prevented from deteriorating.
본 발명은 일 면에 티피에스 간봉이 도포되지 않은 제1 유리와 일 면에 티피에스 간봉이 도포된 제2 유리를 합착하여 복층유리로 제조하는 합착장치에 관한 것으로서, 이송되는 제1 유리 및 제2 유리가 전도되지 않게 일정 각도만큼 경사진 상태로 지지하는 지지 플레이트와, 상기 지지 플레이트의 하부 쪽에 배치되어 상기 제1 유리 및 제2 유리를 수평 이송시키는 컨베이어가 설치된 본체부; 상기 본체부의 지지 플레이트에 대하여 전후진 이동하되, 이송되는 상기 제1 유리 및 제2 유리들을 합착시키는 합착이송부를 포함하되, 상기 합착이송부는, 각 모서리 부위가 복수의 볼 스크류에 의해 상기 본체부에 대하여 결합되고, 상기 볼 스크류의 정역회전에 따른 나사결합에 의해 전후진되는 무빙 플레이트와, 상기 무빙 플레이트와 지지 플레이트 사이에 배치되고, 전면에 흡반이 설치된 합착 플레이트를 포함하여 구성된다.
