Internally coupled insulation curtain wall
The present invention relates to an internally coupled insulation curtain wall and comprises: a frame composed of an inner frame on which one side is open and one side of an insulation material is coupled to be drawn inward and an outer frame on which a fixing groove is formed to which one side of the insulation material is coupled; and an insulation material coupled to the inner frame in a one-touch form and coupled to the outer frame in a sliding form to prevent heat loss due to external heat being transferred to the room or indoor heat being transferred to the outside. The insulation material is coupled with a portion being inserted into the inner frame so that even when double-glazed windows are installed, the overall heat transmission coefficient is formed below 0.9, which is a first-grade standard same as triple-glazed windows, which not only increases insulation performance but also improves airtightness.
본 발명에 따른 내부 결합형 단열 커튼월에 관한 것으로, 일측이 개방되면서 단열재의 일측이 내측으로 인입되게 결합되는 내측프레임과 단열재의 일측이 결합되는 고정홈부가 형성되는 외측프레임으로 구성되는 프레임과; 내측프레임에 원터치 형태로 결합되고, 외측프레임에는 슬라이딩 형태로 결합되어 외부의 열이 실내로 전달되거나 또는 실내의 열이 외부로 전달되어 열 손실이 발생하는 것을 방지하는 단열재;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 단열재가 내측프레임의 내측으로 일부분이 인입된 상태로 결합됨으로써 2중창이 설치된 상태에서도 열관류율이 3중창과 같은 1등급 기준인 0.9 이하로 형성되어 단열성능이 증대되는 것은 물론 기밀성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
