The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing a backflow of a toilet odor and noise. More specifically, an odor and noise prevention trap portion having a shape narrowing longitudinally and downward is installed inside a toilet connection pipe portion in which a toilet is seated, and a trap opening and closing portion is mounted on a hook fitting portion formed on one side of the bottom of the smell and noise prevention trap portion. Thus, water and excrement does not directly make contact with the bottom of the bent "ㄱ"-shaped pipe of the toilet connection pipe portion, primarily makes contact with the wall of the odor and noise prevention trap portion, and secondarily makes contact with a tube portion while the trap opening and closing portion opens, and the trap opening and closing portion closes. Accordingly, a backflow of a toilet odor and noise can be prevented. The tube portion is mounted between the toilet connection pipe portion and the smell and noise prevention trap portion to allow the water and the excrement discharged through the trap opening and closing portion to be discharged while the tube portion opens, and to allow the tube portion to close, thereby preventing noise from escaping to the outside and blocking a backflow of odor. An air hole is formed in one side of the cylindrical surface of the odor and noise prevention trap portion, thereby ensuring smooth drainage. A tube fixing ring is mounted between the odor and noise prevention trap portion and the tube portion to block the gap, thereby strongly blocking odor. A toilet gap prevention material is seated and fixed to a toilet seating portion formed on an upper portion of the circumferential surface of the odor and noise prevention trap portion, thereby completely sealing the gap in the toilet. A tube pocket is formed in the tube portion to have the same length as the tube portion, and a sponge is inserted into the tube pocket, thereby reducing noise.

본 발명은 변기의 냄새 역류 및 소음 방지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 변기가 안착되는 변기 연결 배관부의 내부 안쪽에 하방으로 길게 좁아지는 형태를 갖는 냄새 및 소음방지 트랩부를 장착하고 상기 냄새 및 소음방지 트랩부의 하단 일측에 형성되어 있는 고리 끼움부에 트랩 개폐부를 장착하여 주어 물과 배설물이 변기 연결 배관부의 꺾인 ㄱ자관의 바닥면에 직접 닿지 않고 1차적으로 냄새 및 소음방지 트랩부 벽면에 닿고 2차적으로 트랩 개폐부가 열리면서 튜브부에 닿은 후 닫히게 함으로써, 변기의 냄새 역류를 방지함은 물론 소음을 방지할 수 있고, 변기 연결 배관부와 냄새 및 소음방지 트랩부의 사이에 튜브부를 장착하여 주고 트랩 개폐부를 통해 배출되는 물과 배설물이 튜브부가 열리면서 배출되고 닫히게 함으로써, 소음이 외부로 나가지 않고 냄새의 역류도 차단할 수 있으며, 냄새 및 소음방지 트랩부의 원통면 일측에 공기구멍을 형성하여 줌으로써, 배수가 원활하게 되도록 할 수 있고, 냄새 및 소음방지 트랩부와 튜브부의 사이에 튜브 고정링을 장착하여 줌으로써, 틈새를 막아 강력하게 냄새를 차단할 수 있으며, 냄새 및 소음방지 트랩부의 원주면의 상부에 형성되는 변기 안착부에 변기 틈새 방지재를 안착시켜 고정하여 줌으로써, 변기의 틈새를 완벽하게 밀봉시킬 수 있고, 튜브부에 튜브부와 동일한 길이로 튜브주머니를 형성하여 주고 상기 튜브주머니에 스펀지를 넣어줌으로써, 소음을 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
